About
This project involves the design and implementation of a Buck Converter on PCB to efficiently step down DC voltage. It uses switching technology to convert higher input voltage to a lower output voltage with minimal power loss, making it ideal for power regulation in embedded systems.
Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) is a technology that enables the transmission of electrical energy from a power source to an electrical load without the need for physical connectors or wires. This is achieved using electromagnetic fields—typically magnetic resonance or inductive coupling.
In our project, we explore a practical implementation of WPT, demonstrating how power can be transmitted wirelessly across a short distance to light up a device such as an LED or power a low-voltage module. The aim is to provide a clean and safe energy transfer method especially useful in applications like electric vehicle charging, medical implants, and mobile device charging.
