This board is designed to test the performance of the circuit and debug it.
The conversion of the signal from PWM to current loop is achieved by the LM358P dual channel operational amplifier and BD435 transistor.
It converts the 12v from car battery to 3 different outputs (after filtering the input) of 12v, 15v and 24v
