Cleaned up Cerebro Hardware files.
Updated cerebro.ino to prevent executing fade() in the absence of a fade parameter > 0

Created Mac version of Xavier.
Changes "Start/Stop Test" button to just a "Stop" button

Now possible to reset the waveform duration clock while Cerebro is in the middle of a waveform.

Now updates event filter based on single shot/ pulse train radio button selection

Added "Base Station Control" section where you can easily update the event filter variable on Base Station.
Event filter is automatically updated to match the waveform duration of Cerebro when you send new parameters to Cerebro
List box selections are now highlighted yellow. Widened Download monitor. Rearranged left hand panel to put base Base Station controls on top
