perl CGI scripts that run on the webserver and process data received from the tracking device

u1 - stores data received by HTTP POST into an sqlite database
l1 - displays that data in a table
centroid - perl script that calculates the geometric center of the polygon defined by GSM cell tower coordinates

when nginx with fastcgi is used, this is the recommended config snippet:

these scripts are to be placed into '$document_root/scripts/' and inside 'scripts' the webserver must be allowed to execute files.

parameters:
 i      - sim900 IMEI code (15 bytes)
 l      - location - either 
            'no_fix' - in case there there is no satellite reception or
            '%d %d.%04d%c %d %d.%04d%c' - lat degrees, lat minutes, lat fractional, lat suffix
                                          lon degrees, lon minutes, lon fractional, lon suffix
 f      - time elapsed (in seconds) since when that location fix was received
