Add M10 GPS support This doesn't affect flight in any way yet but if a M10 GPS is connected, the power LED will flash and then turn solid when a 7-satellite lock is achieved. It exposes LAT and LONG functions ready for use by RTH and OSD.

Change order of parameters in output to match IDs

Change gyro rate to 8k
