Add M10 GPS support

Add M10 GPS support
This doesn't affect flight in any way yet but if a M10 GPS is connected, the power LED will flash and then turn solid when a 7-satellite lock is achieved. It exposes LAT and LONG functions ready for use by RTH and OSD.
