Also moving some 0402 capacitors to 0603...

ERC corrections, idiot lights

- VXDash : added idiot lights (also to emulator board)
- VXDash : corrected some ERC violations

ESP32S3 Reference footprint

- VXDash : updating footprint to Espressif's official one.

Connectors packaging and additions to main board

- DXF file for connector packaging and NO go zones on main PCB (see PR #41 notes )
- Additional internal connectors for UART access to the display boards
- DNP capacitor on EN. Good idea ?

PCB layout in progress

Changed some pin assignments to aid routing.

Emulator board refinements

- Is there stupid with the Active Hi Optos so that the logic is not inverted ?
- Added N-Mosfet activatable resistors. Stupidly simple ? Better MOSFET recommendation ?

More changes (Primarily Remote ECU)

- Emulator board project to a functional skeleton
- Connectors board with ignition routing on CAN pin 4 to have switched signal available in the harness.
- Remote ECU : added 12V reduced protection circuit (to be reviewed)
- Remote ECU : Removed integrated CAN termination (should be on harness)
- Remote ECU : added CAN passthrough
- Remote ECU : added MCPWM channels
- Remote ECU : Added some opto inputs
- Remote ECU : Added internal USB C (overkill ?)

Removing external 5V and replacing with 12VBatt

For the sake of running 4 wires to the back that have +12V/CANH/CANL/GND
