Set missing properties on components.

Change RTC to DS1307. It's a SOIC-8 and there's a few other parts that will fit. It also needs no load capacitors on the crystal. The PCB change includes a slight tidy-up of the CODEC 3.3V line, and I moved the SPI lines into the BMC apart.

Drop LED resistors to 220 ohm.
