Changed the worker script to send the satus only when waiting for it

Testing implementation of the collect function

The function is still not able to pick up the right data. Maybe the configuration is not ok

Created a thread that waits for the trigger signal

This way the GUI doesnt fail during the waiting time

Started the implementation of threads for serial communication

the thread are completed but no output

inverse the triggering condition

this is probably dur to the fact that i have misconnected the trigger wires to the board

Configure function implemented

but no i have a false trigger

deletion of useless views and fixed the seriaal import statement

Fixed the comPort attribution

The arm and collect function is working well
