Added a buffer for reading digital signals. Will add a pinheader tomorrow. Also added LEDs to indicate power. Still need to finish the BOM and then connect all devices to the MCU.

Started creating the BOM. Got the coin cell battery holder, capacitors, and diodes. For the LDO's I added a protection diode in the event the input to the LDO is shorted. Also changed the analog input schematic to have 0 ohm resistors. Need to figure out if I need to bias the input voltage as we are using the op amps in single supply mode. Also need to change the MCU, add header pins to all comms channels, and add test points to all power inputs.
