Switch to using Teensy LC instead of 3.2

Slightly cheaper.
Will the regulator be enough? The 3.2 has a 500 mA reg outputing 3.3 V, the LC only has 100 mA.

SD cards are 3.3 V devices and so is our microcontroller (5 V tolerant). So there's no need for it. Just connect directly to the card socket.
