esp8266: rotate programmer header

Most FTDI/CH340/CP2102/CP2104 boards seem to have GND on the right.

esp8266: further tweaking of board, add silkscreen for IO pins

ESP8266 Qwiic: rearrange reset circuitry again, with new transistors

Also remove silkscreen from rear.

ESP8266 Qwiic: Third revision

Change to 0603 resistors since I'm probably going to be hand soldering them.
Shift things around to fit the new resistors.
Tweak a lot of tracks to look better.
