LiFePO4 14500 power: continue copying from Stefan Wagner's charger

Moved the battery holder on to the top layer since we now have a terminal block for solar input. Means we need to make the board wider though.
Got all of the circuit laid out and all of the parts on the board in their rough location. Now just need to layout tracks and squeeze everything together.
