Update to KiCad 9, update some symbols and footprints

Remove the 'PC game port' symbol, just use a standard DA15 socket part.

Sega dual 9-pin: use Qwiic Pro Micro USB-C footprint to make surface mount an option

Had to make the board a little wider because of the extra space of the SMD pads.

Add footprint for Qwiic Pro Micro USB-C

Same pinout and size, but with a USB type C socket. And a Qwiic socket.
SMD is optional.

Update all schematics - Put parts in boxes, fix input/output direction of global labels, add title blocks
