Fixed pin header 3d models.

We had some of the models doubled up or not fully disabled. Now the TH
pin headers are all using KiCad V5 3d model locations and are all
disabled.

This fixes #23

Removed thermals from the thermal vias of the FTDI footprint.

Removed solder paste from all the jumpers.

We don't need solder paste on solder jumpers. ;)

Added "ear" circuits. WS2812 & Shitty Addon.

The "top" ear is a RGB LED connector to WS2812 adapter with level
shifting to 5V. It supports one WS2812 string interface. (there is not
enough space for more channels unfortunately.

The "bottom" ear is a RGB LED connector to Shitty Addon adapter with I2C
pullups. This allows for connecting badgelife shitty addon mini badges
to the iCEBreaker.

Optimized out one 10k placement. Replaced R7 with R2D.

We had a spare 10k resistor in the quad pack used for FTDI flash
pullups, we can use that one instead of a discrete separate placement.

Remove "webbing" at the tact switch gang pullup resistor.

Added RGB LED footprint with voltage supply selector jumper.

This addition allows the use of CLX6F-FKC Cree RGB LEDs but you can also
mount discrete LEDs or infrared LEDs on the pads. It should provide
additional flexibility for the user. The footprint is not populated by
default.
