- Change endstop VDD select to solder jumper (jumper pins take up too much space, unlikely to be used)
- Replace Stepper Driver VMOT diode with P-FET (reduces voltage drop from VIN to VMOT)
- Change stepper diag header to female part

Working towards next version:
- Add support for TMC2208/2209 UART mode
- Add support for TMC StallGuard DIAG pin
- Add RC filters and pullups to endstop signals
- Add servo header
- Improve 5V power supply (change regulator to AP63205, 2A synchronous buck regulator)
- Remove 2 x I2C headers (leaving 2) to make room
- Add jumper for selecting endstop voltage

Fix stepper driver SPI pinout

Swap stepper driver SLP and RST pins so SPI MISO can be connected correctly.

Fix PD12 & PD13 on schematic

Pins on EXP3 were wrongly labelled

Change bed MOSFET

Change bed MOSFET to same part as RUMBA+ (PSMN1R8).

Tidy BOM

Clean up part descriptions in Altium and regenerate BOM
