Update to v1.1B

Add R12 to PCB

BOOT1 PD Resistor

Add pull-down resistor to BOOT1 (PB2) in schematic

Tidy schematic

Rename pins on AUX3, change some labeling etc. Regenerate images.

Finalise BOM

Update part numbers for BOM as appropriate

Increment version to 1.1A

Update schematic, PCB and project file with new version.
Touch up silkscreen on PCB.

Remove user button

Routing updates

Change 0603 fuse footprint to match other 0603 footprints.
Change LED/resistor ordering to make routing consistent.
Nearly finished with PCB routing

Further schematic updates

- Change ferrite beads to 0402 package
- Change 3-way solder jumper footprint to smaller layout
- Rotate fuse F2 so both fuses have same orientation on PCB

Further schematic updates

Modify endstop circuitry:
- Change to 10K series resistor
- Move pullup before RC filter

- Add series resistor to thermistor inputs
- Change schematic sheet size to A1
