revC1: get rid of 3V3 plane stitch across top side

No longer needed since the 1V2 trace does not cut through as far down
now.

revC1: Add extra vias to the 1V2 regulator top side

revC1: Replace 1V2/3V3 regulator with TLV755/733 series

Also fix some inconsistencies in silkscreen fonts
