revC1: fix LM3880MF EN divider for 4.1V brownout

This takes into account the internal current source, and also eliminates
one BOM resistor value.

revC1: double up protection resistors on the rear side

One as DNP for now, might end up being a parallel pair to spread out
dissipation.

revC1: fix NONO_HANA silk art geometry

No longer self-intersecting, also coords rounded to 1um grid.
