Updated rev3.0 schematic with new signal/power header, correct library refrences for multi-footprint components, removed numerous test points. Initial pcb layout complete - rm 2 VCC rail caps, header prob points for motor.

Initial power stage layout. Removed motor phase fuses. Added FET body diode reverse recovery doc.
