Added test points for Lights Components

Add Fan- to GND and Fan- hier labels. Add changes in Fan mosfet connections to put mosfets before Fan+

Delete old relay which got replaced by PMOS

Gave FanCtrl the same PMOS as FanPWM. Changed Hierarchical labels for Fan- to be inputs into the blocks diagrams.
