Passed DRC and ERC

Removed remaining current sense wires and changed silkscreen for kicker connector

Changed +18.5V plane

Did minor changes to pass DRC

Separated VBatt layer into 18.5V polygon and VBatt polygon, still need to make sure polygons are in good place

Fixed a bunch of random things, before changing VBatt layer
