Kicker Prototype 1

Added new igbt in parallel with old one, populate one at a time for
testing.

Scripts

Added a few scripts to improve Eagle UI

Added board images

Added PNG files of the boards with dimensions and top layer labels.

Capacitor board version 3, final kicker prototype.

Capacitor board changed to two wire connection. Discharge circuit
upgraded on main board to give 8s discharge (down from 3 minutes).
Separate discharge circuit not needed for this reason. Wiring on main
board completed.

Added measurements from kicker board

Added Debug buttons and added discharge circuitry. Revised errors of
previous board.

Changed 10k resistor to 16.2 resistor on kicker voltage measurement

Connect Shunt to ATTiny

Connects the Shunt Resistor to pin 13 of the ATTiny in order to measure
the voltage of the kicker capacitors.
