Made the ground plane larger to include the leds on the righ side of the board and changed the trace widths

Altered the orientation of the e-fuse and made changes to the trace widths

Altered the traces of the board, added two IMON resistors, changed the Shutdown signals to be analog inputs rather than digital on the teensy

Made more changes to implement the e-fuse into the board including adding a current monitoring signal.

Started to implement the e-fuse into the charger controller circuit
