TSAL rev3 (#79)
* Created a copy of TSAL rev 2 to make minor changes
* Changed the size of the pads, moved the resitor names to the right side of the board, and moved the traces so that the silk screen is visible
* Finished making the revisions for rev 3 of the TSAL
* Copied Rev2 schematic to connect to the rev3 board
* Made the board and schematic consistent
* Altered the silk screen so that it said rev 3 instead of rev 2
* added the new na555 timer schematic
* Added the gate resistor and made the text on the symbols layer
* Added a description to the schematic
* Changed a zener diode to a tvs diode and got rid of the LED silkscreen
* Changes in board review

* Simplified switches, More cooling
Replaced MAX4622 with ADG1423
Moved logos and resistors on the right upwards
Expanded thermal copper for LEDs
