Updates with all the routing and moving to kicad 6.0

Almost fully routed.. lots of DRC's to sort out.

Also need to get correct pcb parameters to do more checks.

Updates as we do routing.

Changed discrete jumpres to a 2x4 block and 2x3 block, 2mm pitch.

Started routing each tranciever block

Added some footprints and started to look at layout

Updated with the ttl output

Adding a lot of footprints and other bits.
Changed TVS on USB
Added fuse on USB 5V
TTL level translators, 2x. Go from 3v3 to 1v8, then "anything" to 1v8
for the output.
2x LDO for 3v3->1v8, 3v3->2v5
Plus allow external input.
