Corrected the MAX31855 chip select line, should be D10 (pin 12) not pin 10

Changed over to using the MAX31855 for reading the temperature to reduce the component count and also make virtually all the wand digital signals

Removed the crystal and took a few changes to match the RFm69Pi module from Open Energy Monitor as that works with Serial and no crystal.

Another day, another 3.5mm Jack. This time just a basic panel mount one. The PCB mount ones are not going to fit in the required form factor.

Changed 3.5mm jack to an EBS35 style jack as a) I have some and b) some one had already done the footprint
