Change SSR4 from lin D1 to D8 on SSR cell version PCB (Issue #49)

This fixes Issue #49 on the SSR cell version PCB. SSR4 is now controlled by Arduino pin D8. This is now RevB (or SSRC-B) of this PCB.

This commit includes:
EAGLE files, .sch and .brd
Zip of the Rev_B Gerber files
PDFs of the modified schematic, and the modified top and bottom images
Updated GIFs that compare the SSR cell version with the other variants
