Added basic setup instructions for installing and connecting to the DIgispark Pro. WIndows process only. Basic outline of the upload added.

Move sketch to nested folder

Move sket to nested folder

Prompted by Arduino IDE that the sketch needed to be inside a folder
named digiProPickupWinder. The folder was created and the sketch was
moved.

Update README.md

Add basic information about current and future functionality at time of initial code upload.

Add control sketch

Basic prototyping has been underway. Current functionality includes:
- PWM drive output
- Open loop speed control via potentiometer
- Basic prototyping with PWM registers (TCCRA/B)
- Noticable changes in performance. Experiment with o'scope to confirm PWM characteristics
