Collin Kidder / GEVCU6 - History

Add ability to set properties for each characteristic and filled out all properties.

Additional implementation of BLE code - added presentation bytes for all
characteristics, added more characteristics.

Initial pass at adding support for AdaFruit BLE. Most config is done but
no parameter updating actually happens yet.

Update GEVCU6 BOM, add parts list for GEVCU6, remove some ancient boards

Fixes on GEVCU board files, addition of an Eagle library that contains some of the parts on the GEVCU board.

Add support for custom motor controller board driving DMOC645 power section, add firmware receiver but commented out for now,
updated version number, add GEVCU6.2 board files and BOM

Disable fault handler again (still broken and slow), add routine to automatically determine proper ADC offsets
