Read me updates Updated read me. We can now use Arduino IDE’s later than 1.54. Termination is built into the new hardware. The GEVCU6 version only supports new 6.23c or later hardware.

Serial Console Cleanup Tried to rationalize our menu system in Serial Console. I failed. But artfully I hope.

Remove system IO functionality not needed for GEVCU6

Remove iChip code which is not applicable to GEVCU6

Delete a bunch of obsolete files not applicable to GEVCU6

Set log level to be 3 by default

Change device table dump to use console instead of info logging level

Renamed .ino file to match directory name, reformatted output of heartbeat to show throttle status better.
