Some extra lines for testing out MSEL and RESET pins on ichip. Also switched default sys type to 4 because that matches all production boards and *should* have been the default a long time ago.

REVERSE and ENABLE functions Added annunciators for digital inputs 0-3 and the ENABLE and REVERSE annunciators.

Added HIF command to wireless

Documentation Updated user manual. Added diagram for UQM Deutsche connector
