Now only the parameter string is deleted from the Cerebro Monitor instead of clearing the entire monitor

Added Cerebro# and LD# to Power Level dialog.
Cerebro# and LD# are now automatically sent when updating the fade vector
Calibration script now finds peaks that are closer to the center of the pulses

Firmware is now completely hardware model agnostic!!
All hardware specific variables are received wirelessly from Xavier and saved to EEPROM. We now only have to maintain 1 version of firmware, instead of keeping up with multiple variants that had hardcoded constants specific to the hardware being used.
