remove excess Qt files

removed button color change

Ramp down checkbox wasn't being unchecked if it previously was checked and then a new Cerebro was connected that didn't have a ramp down.

renamed QT folder Qt

reduced implant_cad.png size for faster load time

Doc update

Can now get calibration with 0.1 mW precision

Added MCUBE checkbox.

Fixed bug where MCUBE power level wasn't getting updated after first update.
