Ramp down checkbox wasn't being unchecked if it previously was checked and then a new Cerebro was connected that didn't have a ramp down.
Debug checkbox is now unchecked after settings dialog is exited and after base station is disconnected.
Will now prevent ramp downs that aren't multiples of 100 from being sent and display error message.
Base station filter is now automatically updated whenever Cerebro's parameters are checked via the downloader cord.
Dropdowns variables now called sessionLists.
Fixed "create fade vector" dialog layout so that the window title can be read and the contents are centered.
settings dialog list selections are now cleared whenever the settings are opened.

Can now get calibration with 0.1 mW precision
summary file now includes desired power level in its filename.

Fixed bug where MCUBE power level wasn't getting updated after first update.
