Change docs and readme to point to the Karpova lab repo and docs

Added memory dump and reset address buttons to debug mode.
If in debug mode while creating graphs, a table.csv will also be created.
Can now access downloader monitor without having a cord plugged in, if in debug mode
Fixed bug where crash would occur if you connected and then immediately disconnected from base station monitor

Added resetAddress signal
light level is now recorded on abort events too, not just on trigger events that naturally stop.

Histogram stats added to summary
Also cleaned up histogram plot

Xavier and parsing updates
Xavier:
-Added option to show histogram at the end of session.
-Updated documentation web address
-Base station filter should not include fade time!!!
Parsing scripts:
-Made plots smaller
-Made compatible with Xavier’s option to show histogram
-Fixed out of index bug (line 136) that was introduced in [f6687a0] because the power level is no longer a heading and therefore all of the cerColHeader indices were off

Added “Save Settings” button to settings dialog
