minor cleanup / set current defaults in I2CAnalogClock

cleanup to remove un-needed sleep delay as it was only used for the DRV motor controler

removed un-needed non-PWM & DRV code

correctly apply current clock settings if its running over the config, if its not running then the config wins

Working with PWM - basic tunings done

"development" version - board that does not have the clock driver

no longer have to use stay awake logic, timeing still not right for AP duration/delay/duty

Code now works with basic h bridge, now need to update the schematic/board
