use Olins "shorts" to merge the high-power nets with the polygons

switched to 4-layer brander DRC and added power planes

adjust net classes, the invidual led traces will work just fine with 6mil min width, the daisy-chain power lines need 15mils if spanning 6 boards

separate nets for the daisy chains powers (which need to pass power to other boards as well) and leds and pull-ups

adjusted dimension, placement and reversed pin order on the right-side pin-header so it hand be directly connected to next boards left one
