Thursday meeting recap of usbc and motor drivers

copied Jeongheon uscb connector to the page 4, and added the motor driver

added changes to schematic

doubled checked the pinouts to usbc

Changes to File organization

Also added changes pins in the STM and SWD programming

changed mosfet to active parts, and started the new usbc
