NCSU High Powered Rocketry Club / FIRM - History

Created Footprint and Symbol for the USBC we picked out.

I had to make the footprint and symbol because they weren't available online. Look over the shield pads and the diameter of the 2 circles (diameter is 1.2mm but it looks smaller on the datasheet)

Use project library instead of global library

Also reorganize footprints, custom symbols, and 3d models. Updated README about using KiCad in the project.
