Fixed and improved Schematic design:

* Changed the buttons
* Added a ferrite bead at the output of the charger to cut some possible noise.
* Changed the values of R30, R31 and C19, and i add a 100K trimmer to set the gain from 25x to 125x.
* Added C23, C24 and C25 in the photo sensor circuit

Update LICENSE

Now using the CERN-OHL-S (Strongly Reciprocal). This variant requires that any modifications or derivatives of the licensed material be distributed under the same license terms, ensuring that all derived works remain open-source.

Additional checks completed, and Gerbers exported for HQDFM. Looking good for manufacturing.

Updated U1 footprint to better match the component we can order from Microchip.
