Rosscoe Train Pulse 8 turnout decoder.

This is a DCC stationary decoder for 8 solenoid driven turnouts or signals.

It can be used for any solenoid devices.

See docs folder for more information.

The EasyEda-pro files are:

RT_Pulse_8_decoder.eprj     Mainly surface mount with some through hole items
RT_Pulse_8_decoder_SMT.eprj Everything that can be surface mount is
RT_Pulse_8_decoder_TH.eprj  Only through hole components used.  Recommended for DIY build.
