Add JLC Part identifiers

Changed some components to decrease bom count (C18, C25)

Moved the final connector from back to front, footprint kepout for chasis mounts and moved sd card

Flipped the outline and moved the screen and some of the connectors Now the front in Kicad is the back in the satelite (inside) and vice versa

Finalized part selection and gbr for 073 manufacturing.
