Merging LTE Module into SD-Card

merged the two branches together

cleaned up schematic for LTE module

as per the last commit, this commit is to save things that did not get saved

updated to remove the SD card from the communications page, resulted in fixing errors in electrical rule checker

fix schematic/layout

added like two lables to reduce some errors with SPI_MOSI and MISO also being used on the EEPROM. Still the communication interface needs all the sd stuff removed now that we are actually using it but I don't wanna do it rn cause there would be too much merge stuff
