Incomplete add of larger STM32

verfiied that the radio was sucessfully added in

cleaned up schematic for LTE module

as per the last commit, this commit is to save things that did not get saved

added like two lables to reduce some errors with SPI_MOSI and MISO also being used on the EEPROM. Still the communication interface needs all the sd stuff removed now that we are actually using it but I don't wanna do it rn cause there would be too much merge stuff

Added SD card, there are some electrical rule errors I would like to talk about
