finished majority of layout, pcb expanded to four copper layers to accomadate power planes

first chunk of pcb layout and schematics mods (no connects on pins and changing global labels to hieracarchical labels), one filtering pcb circuit layed out

changed capacitor footprint to match in stock components (0603 to 1206)

final adjustments for power constraints with changed footprint and resistor values on notch filter feedback portion

renamed and relinked footprints with better clarity footprint file names

updated GND symbols for appropriate seperatiion of analog and digital grounds
