Remove gridui documentation and integrate its content into lesson 1. Update lesson 1 and 2 to reflect changes in code structure and variable names. Fix formatting and improve clarity in lessons 1, 2, and 3. Move enviroment setup to new lesson 0. Update accessory documentation for LED strips and add a placeholder for RGB sensor documentation. Adjust navigation links in mkdocs configuration for consistency.
