Connector BOM, reference outline

- JST connectors added to BOM, arbitrary connections (will probably need remapping)
- BOM should roughly be complete as is (at least footprints-wise)
- Reference DXF and PDF added for outlines and display positions

- Still missing some internal connectors definitions
- Alternative to use a 4x4ch opto config instead of 16x1 ?
- Alternative LiteOn optos identified (easier to source on LCSC)

- Fascia pass-through connector
- Load emulators for all but turn signals

- Additional caps for decoupling
- Regrouped display connectors in single unit
