Terayza new parts added and some layout started

Schematic 99%, just needs a couple of tweaks (assign footprints to the OpAmp and the switch) Added a bunch of 3D models and footprints

Added the Snowflake part to the library

Added battery holders

First Commit Schematic is enough to start working. Need to add power
