Closed remaining issues in Github (#10, #7, #6, #3)
* Tweaked the SOT23-6 footprint
* Tweaked the rotary pot footprint
* Tweaked the LED footprint
* Added some testpoints

Updated CI/CD, split config in multiple files so it's easy to keep track of everything
Added an action that updates the images used in the readme and pushes them back to the repo.

Some changes in the project to get it to pass in the latest KiBot docker image

CICD is working on Github, last touches to files before work on v1.1.0 starts

Added some text to the sheet to commit hash and date printed on the outputs

Fixed some DRCs introduced on KiCad 6.0.10 (changes in the PWR symbol library)
