Fix net-tie metadata.

Change LCSC part number on 1uF 0805s back to a Ceramic 0805. Was a Nichicon Electrolytic, but the footprint was 0805.

Fix missing 3D models.

OK, put the bottom layers back because kibot assumes they are there. Ensure CPL filenames are unique for top and bottom.
