Bugfix/update bom

Drop capacitor voltage ratings where possible.

Audio circuit is 1V RMS, so 6.3V is fine.
Use 10V for 3.3V circuits.
Use 16V for 5.0V circuits.

Add some extra fields to the iBoM.

Some capacitors have the same value (e.g. 100nF) but different voltage
ratings. In some cases you fit the same parts, and in some cases you
fit different parts (depends on availability!)

Merge pull request #35 from Neotron-Compute/bugfix/fix-boot0-silk

Fixup BOOT0 silkscreen.

Update component values.

Tolerance and Voltage are set to the minimum acceptable. The selected
parts can be better, where a better part is cheaper or has
better availability.

Also dropped R2R DAC tolerance to 1% - 0.5% was overkill. The output
resistor had the wrong value too, which is fixed.
